Are sales taxes already included in the price of the product?
Sales taxes will be added on the purchase of products to be delivered within the state of New York in US and some other countries.

 

When will your order be delivered?
Your order will be processed within 24 hours of the transaction. Orders will be shipped by UPS courier. When you place your order you can choose between 2 shipping options: Standard shipment (4/5 working days) or Express shipment (2/3 working days). For the USA, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, UPS and the other nations requires 5 working days.

 

Order number
Your order number is saved to allow us to process any subsequent requests you may have concerning your order. Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation message by e-mail or through the post.

 

Purchasing without registration (why you must register)
Registration is required to make a purchase. We simply ask you for some important details in order to easily deliver your order, we will never use your personal data for any other purposes. With the registration, you can enjoy several advantages such as a 10% discount on first purchase and additional exclusive services. In order to obtain the welcoming discount, kindly log in and go to MyPage. You will find a “coupon box”: click on the [Details] button. When you enter you should find a code. Copy that code and, when checking out, paste it in the form field in order to activate the discount.

 

What information the product menu provides?
The product menu appears when clicking on an item. It provides the following details:
– an enlarged photo of the product that can be zoomed by clicking the mouse;
– a full description of the item including product details;
– user comments;
– suggestions of additional products that may go well with the selected item.

 

How to purchase
Color and quantity of the item can be chosen via the product menu, before the item is placed in the shopping bag. You are then directed to the shopping bag where you can decide whether completing your purchase, continue surfing or place additional products in your shopping bag. Click on [Continue] to complete your order, then log in or register; confirm your delivery address, choose the delivery type and payment method and then you will receive your order confirmation.

 

Shopping bag: how to add or remove items
You can increase or decrease the number for each item in the shopping bag; for completely removing an item decrease the quantity to 0 using the button [ - ]. The total amount of your order will be automatically updated.

 

Product search
To search for a product, use the filters in the side menu; to search for a particular line, use the list menu on top of the page. You can do a free-text query too, using the search field (top right).

 

How many pieces can I buy?
You can buy up to 10 pieces.

 

Shopping bag
All the clear information needed to complete your order can be found in the shopping bag. You will find detailed information on the purchased item, shipping costs and basic information on your order. You can also see additional items from the corresponding collection, which you may add to the shopping bag or inspect in more detail and continue shopping.

 

Is it possible to place an order in a country which is different from the one of destination?
It is not possible to place an order in country for delivering it in a different country.

 

The product list and how it works
In the product list you will find: short descriptions and photos of the items, occasional news, item numbers, prices and possible discounts.

 

How to make use of the promotions displayed on our site
Discounts and/or promotions are valid for the indicated and/or agreed duration. All offers are not cumulative with other discounts or promotions already running and cannot be applied to handling expenses, unless specified otherwise. Discounts are not valid on previous purchases or on purchases made at our high street stores.
